  This Dunkin Donuts used to be good, but the quality has fallen sharply in the last couple of years. They seem to cut every possible corner, and the staff always seems overwhelmed if they have more than 3 customers at a time (counting both inside and drive thru). The quality of the food is mediocre at best (even for fast food). If you want anything to drink that isn't just black coffee or directly out of the cooler, count on it being made wrong (my last few iced lattes have been a glass of milk with a splash of coffee).
  
  If you are traveling through the area or just really crave Dunkin Donuts, I suggest driving 10 minutes up the freeway to the one on Campbell Station Rd. For just coffee, there is a Starbucks just down the street (it's worth the extra money, trust me).

  Staff is friendly and the coffee is hot and donuts/muffins are fresh. They now have Turkey sausage. Awesome. Love this place.

  Me & my husband get pumpkin iced coffees 6-7 times a week.the employees are always nice & it's always clean.They know our order so well that if they see us pull in they automatically start making our iced coffees.
