  Very poor customer service. They acted like they didn't want to take your order. To beat all, it was the manager taking the orders. Messy floors, condiment counters, drink dispenser, and tables. They were not busy, and they just stood around instead of cleaning the place up. Customers complained about it, but the employees just looked at them like it wasn't their job to clean it up. This isn't the only time it's been like this, but it is the worst I've seen it.

  Arby's has really changed. The food is better, the staff are diligent, and the service place is clean.

  The manger Cynthia was rude to me when I order my food. I will not come back to this Arby's after her rudeness. I suggest you get a better manager!!!!!!!!!! She was all over some guy on the backline. Some man kept coming in to see her. This was just very unprofessional and your store could do so much.
